  • There are a few pros that I would like to point out about the Black Velvet Vibrator. Though there are many things that I would like to say, there are only a few that I would really like to point out. First, there are so many vibrators these days that have a USB port to charge it up. I am so glad that this one does not. With some of my other toys, when they start powering down while you're in the middle of using it, you are forced to plug it into the wall where you have to wait for hours in order for it to be ready to go again. I love that all you need for the Black Velvet Vibrator are 2 AA batteries. All you have to make sure is that you have extra batteries handy and you're ready to go! Another thing that I love about this vibrator is the fact that it is classic, to the point and exactly what you need. It is definitely your go-to vibrator when you are in the mood. This is also a great toy for when you are alone or when you have a partner there who wants to help. Something else that is a huge pro would be the fact that this toy is not expensive whatsoever. If you want a toy and don't feel like spending $100 on it, you can receive the same quality for only $20 on sale. Trust me, I know my toys!

Cons

  • If I were to pick out any cons about this toy, one would be the fact that there aren't any other colors that you can choose from. I know that it is called "Black Velvet", but maybe the brand could come out with some different colors with different names? I don't know, I'm just thinking out loud. I think that people like having a choice, and also if they think that something is more aesthetically pleasing, they will buy it. So while many people will like the black color, many people may rather pink, or green. Something else that I would consider a con is the fact that there is a knob on the bottom of the toy that you can twist in order to reach different vibrational speeds. I would rather have buttons on a toy. It makes me nervous when the knob is pulling out from the toy itself (if that makes sense) and is submerged with water. It really makes me feel like water is going to get into the toy and have it become damaged. It hasn't happened yet, but I definitely get nervous every time I play with it around/in water. So I believe that the fact that this toy only comes in one color is a con and the fact that there is a twisting knob as opposed to buttons on the side of the toy. I would honestly consider these petty suggestions rather than actual cons or complaints. I love the toy either way.
