I know that Secrets Hideaway Resort isn't the only swinger's sex club in Tampa, and that there are many, bigger, louder and hotter ones, but there's something about Secrets Hideaway Resort that would make me come back in one minute. It must be the combination of all those services, or just the resort-feeling that it naturally gives off, despite not being in the middle of a sea. If you are looking for a place to relax that's also suitable for you and your partner's swinger lifestyle, this is it. Almost all the other options in Tampa are either just swinger night clubs, swinger events, swinger parties or cruises. This is essentially a combination of all three and more, with a healthy dose of sexy nudity all over the premises put in. Not many locations have all such services combined in one place, and not many have rooms as well-fitted. It's not all about the pools, you know. You need good beds. I loved that the physical premises were in top condition, including the buildings and the pools, even though construction was going on. They try as much to get out of people's way as they work. In my view, this is what a sex resort should look and feel like. The amount of sex you'll find here (or you'll experience here) is just the right kind, with like-minded people. Who wouldn't want that? I most definitely would, and possibly recommend it if someone came asking. For now, I fully intend to come back soon. Pros

Everything about Secrets Hideaway Resort is awesome, just to say the least. I haven't found a swinger-specific place in Tampa that matches this one yet. There's lots that I liked about it, especially the fact that it allows nudity in all its forms. There was so much nakedness on display that I couldn't handle my constant erections. But even better, the resort emphasizes a clothing-optional policy, which means that it's not a must to go about naked. I happened to use a few rooms around the facility that required nudity for access, but otherwise it wasn't a must. And anyway, who doesn't love being nude? I also loved that some of the sex rooms they have here have windows, so people could see us as we banged as they passed by. It was super thrilling, just to say the least. It's hard to skip mentioning the amenities, because they were all really good, right from the pools to the hotel rooms to the condos. Even the parking space Secrets Hideaway Resort offered was good and well-lit. The night club was a welcome addition, and the DJ was heaven-sent to make us all feel sexual for hours. I can't forget the buffet they serve here; who else offers a free buffet to participants in swinger parties? Only Secrets Hideaway Resort really. There seems to be an unspoken rule about consent and respect here, because I didn't have any trouble with either, and neither did my partner. Plus, the people here are really friendly. Maybe it's the resort/relaxation attitude, but even the staff are kind, and the guests are a happy bunch.

Cons

Only a few things come to mind when I think of anything I didn't like about

Secrets Hideaway Resort during my stay here. I loved staying at Secrets Hideaway Resort, because I've never felt as much pleasure at a swinger location or party than I did here. Still, a few things set me off sideways a bit. There was the rule against getting into the hot tub with drinks, which bugged me. What's the use of a conversation pool or hot tub if you won't allow us to carry drinks inside? Besides, we were allowed into the pool only by one entry, yet it had four entries. Why? I can't tell. There was also the unavoidable problem of the construction that was going on in some of the rooms, which had extended to a part of the outdoors. A neighbor by the pool also complained that the water in her room had suddenly been cut off because of the construction. I can't really complain about the construction, because it's got to happen, but I do wish it wasn't the case that day. As it turns out, Secrets Hideaway Resort also rents out towels at a fee I didn't find fair to my pocket. I had come with my own towel, so that saved me an extra expense. Speaking of extra expense, do come over to Secrets Hideaway Resort with loads of extra cash, because they charge for nearly everything when you get in. Your membership fee certainly doesn't cover everything. Also, single men seem to have it harder, because it's more of a couples' thing.
