That's why if you're going to make a bit of a trek to north Philadelphia to check out a strip club, you're probably crossing your fingers all the way up hoping it's worth it. Even when you're heading up there for a bachelor party (where the goal is having as much fun as possible, over hell or high water), everyone is kind of wondering if the night's going to be a bust, since you're so far away from other nearby options. Fortunately, Daydreams (way up there in Tacony) lives up to its name, and the whole place feels like walking through a giant cloud of women and drinks.

From the outside, Daydreams doesn't seem that dreamy, but that just heightens the experience once you step inside and everything changes. It's twenty bucks for cover, and drinks are the usual prices you can expect from a strip club, so it really helps with their selection of deals throughout the week (cheap Coronas on Wednesday, BYOB on Fridays), and then sticking with that to save some cash for the dancers. The ladies are huge reason why people make the trek up here (I know I'm making it sound like this place is in the middle of nowhere, but it's only fifteen minutes or so from downtown up I-95), and they're really friendly and approachable (and even more so if you get a private dance with them).

Since it's in an industrial area, land is a bit cheaper, so that means it's a very large space, so even on the weekends you're not going to get turned away or have to line up outside, they can fit everyone in pretty easily. It also helps that this means there's a lot of seating, a lot of stage areas, so everyone can have a good time. They put on special events throughout the year, usually around the holidays (Mardi Gras, St Patrick's Day, July 4th), and that always brings even more people in. I've even been here for arm wrestling competitions, and it's kind of cool how they combine that with watching women striptease nearby. It gives the place a real unique feeling.

-several special events throughout the year, where they celebrate holidays like Cinco de Mayo, Saint Patrick's Day, and Independence Day, as well as theme nights like 80s style, Panty Raid,

-they offer party packages for groups and special occasions that include discounts on many popular drink combos like the warm-up package (two drinks and a lap-dance for $30), the birthday package ($40 deposit, $75 per person, where it's free for birthday person, dream seat, reserved section, two hour open bar (some exceptions), bottle of champagne, dedicated waitress)

-live DJ plays a variety of different musical genres, and the ladies can dance expertly to them all

-free parking in their own lot, and it is definitely recommended over street parking

-pool tables, so you could have another fun diversion from the main fun diversion

-one of the side stages has a cage-style setup, and it can be very exciting to watch the dancer use the bars to her acrobatic advantage

CONCLUSION:

If you have to chase your dreams, then it makes sense that you've also got to do a bit of legwork to reach Daydreams, as well, and in North Philadelphia you'll find that this strip club can certainly scratch all your itches. The dancers here a lot of fun, the drinks flow freely (and they have some really good package deals if you come here with a large group for a party), and the space is wide open, so it never feels like you're squished together like a regular club.

Having several different events here throughout the year almost make at destination for me on some holiday weekends, like St Patricks day. I even had a great time on the night they had an arm wrestling competition here, as it was a nice thing to take in between the dances. If the whole point of adult entertainment is to unwind and relax just a bit and watch some beautiful women dance seductively onstage, then here at Daydreams you can experience it without shutting your eyes.
