When you do arrive for the first time, you'll be a given a brief tour, and you can see the huge dance floor and social area where you can mingle and socialize with other couples and the occasional single woman (and you may be one!). They don't serve alcohol but you can bring your own and get mix at the bar for free. Dancing with your partner and then trading off is a great way to get close to new people, and when you're ready you can head back or upstairs to the private rooms and play areas. It just so happened that we found the group showers first, and decided to take advantage of them, and soon there was just a wet mess of hands and other body parts massages and caressing each other. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other swinger clubs in LA, but you definitely get what you pay for. I love how the dance floor and bar section feels so much like a regular nightclub, because that just makes it all the more sexier when you and your new friends head back there to check out some of the play areas, some of which are already filled with naked bodies writhing in pleasure.

When it comes to choosing an open relationship with your partner, there can be a lot of discussion and slow steps forward, but joining a place like Club Joi Los Angeles was definitely one of the best way to confirm that it was the right decision for my partner and I.
