There were no more words that I could find to express how I felt about this place that first night when I got the chance to visit because a friend of mine had invited me to a birthday party. The bar staff were courteous, friendly and very attentive. Even though, I thought that the place could have been a little bigger, the atmosphere was great. I made a few friends and the night was amazing. I am glad I went. Everyone in our group felt the same way that I did as they expressed later. The staff at the door was helpful in providing directions for us to go home because after a few drinks, we did not remember how to get back. One time, I went to The OMG Club by myself. It was a Wednesday night and there was a drag show going on. It was very professionally orchestrated and entertaining. The seating was comfortable and the DJ did his thing; making the place come alive. It was on that occasion that I met my new beau! So, the trip was worth it.

The OMG Club is not just any gay sex club. It is much more. It is a swingers-based club with a sex club twist. It has that little something extra that you will see once you walk in and settle down within minutes. There is always a sex party going on at some time. Just check their schedule as I do. And these are not just the ordinary sex parties either. They come with flair and go out with a bang. These sex parties will force you to give the proverbial gasp, "OMG!" There is a lot of entertainment to pick from and the locals see this place as a staple to the community because of its vibrancy and liveliness. The OMG club closes at 4 in the morning on Wednesdays and Fridays and closes at 5 in the morning on Saturdays. It usually opens at 10PM. I usually go there on a Saturday when I am looking for a long night of fun and enjoyment and especially when there is a sex party. The bar is fully stocked and never runs out of liquor, no matter how long the night is. I found a lot of handsome young men there, but there are also some good looking older men to choose from; most with money to spend. If you have an open mind like me, you wouldn't care anything about age as long as there is a connection. This is not the place that I would allow my boyfriend to come by himself. In fact, the club has various venues where sex parties are held throughout the West and South West of Bristol. Pros

I have so many things I could say about The OMG Club, but there is not enough room for it here. I will try my best to put it in a nutshell for you. The cloakroom was huge and could fit a lot into it. I was able to find my cloak every time that I needed it to leave. They even had a cloak attendant, which was pretty cool too. It made the process smoother and easier. In the summer, of course, I did not have to contend with that. The dance floor was huge. You didn't have to feel as if you were bumping into anyone. There were different DJs at different times. I did not know that it would be so much fun to dance the night away, even in a sex club. My impression at first is that it was all about sex, but they had a huge dance floor and some folks like me who loved to dance did not mind gyrating on the dance floor first before engaging in any sex act. And on top of that the DJs played the most current musical hits. It was off the chain. I loved the Beach Party Weekend where the floor was made sandy to have a beach effect. You could dance with your shoes off. I thought that was pretty unique since I had not seen that anywhere else, but at the OMG Club. If you don't want to dance, you can actually engage in conversation since there are many seated areas where the music is not so loud. I love the TGI Fridays too where anything goes!

Cons

First, I must say that I loved the idea that the OMG Club is free to enter unlike other similar sex clubs. The bar staff are quite cooperative, but there are a few who should not even be working there because I have encountered one or two rude staff members at one time or the other when I went to the OMG Club. I did not report it to management, but if you encounter anything like that, you could do just that. I just think that those people are just unhappy and should go elsewhere to find gainful employment. With that being said, the place is always busy and if you order something, it might take a while to get to your table. In many cases, I had to go to the bar to place my own order and even though the bar was crowded, I would get through much quicker than when the bar staff served me. So, I guess that is the only solution, if you want faster service. One time, a waitress brought me a drink and as soon as she was going to place it on my table, it fell from her hands and broke, producing a small injury on my right pinky finger. And to top it off, the waitress did not even apologize, but I guess she too was shaken and embarrassed by the unfortunate incident. However, she quickly went back to the bar to replace my order. I tried not to make a big deal out of it. I ended up getting all my drinks free on the house when the manager saw what happened and came over. I thought that was good customer service or maybe, I wouldn't have gone back.
