Pros

What can I say about the site? It's one of the cleanest and easiest to use hookup sites of any kind that I've had the pleasure of using. So for the fact that it's both a gay and fetish dating site on top of that, makes it even more special.
  
The users on the site are some of the hottest dudes I've seen on apps in my experience. Perhaps that's because they're so open-minded sexually, but I think that in general, they're also really sexy guys.
  
The speed that I was able to sign-up for my new membership, and fill out my profile was great. The night I signed up I was hoping I could find a quick hookup for later that night, and if a friend hadn't texted me 5 minutes later seeing if I wanted to go see a movie, I would have been able to without question.
  
There way that the app lets to browse other members that live near you is a very solid browse, and one that I wish more dating and hookup apps would take notes from.
  
There are really almost too many good things to say about my experience on the site and app so far. Each of my dates have been super hot so far, and I've also been very happy to not be seeing the same old singles that I was used to always seeing on the other gay dating apps I was using before. Cons

I've had such a good experience using Recon so far, that any issues I've had with it have been extremely small in comparison to the enjoyment that I've gotten from the hookups that I've had through the site.
  
It's a relatively small complaint but because of how popular the site is, I had a hard time coming up with a username that I was completely happy with, that hadn't already been registered by another user of the site. I found something fairly quickly, but it certainly wasn't the username that I think tells people know exactly who I am, and what I'm looking for right off the bat. Since most users are going to be reading my profile (which tells people all of that information), it's not a huge issue, but I still wish that my username was a little bit cuter and flirtier than it is.
  
I also got a few too many messages from horny dudes in my first couple weeks. That obviously is a bit of an obnoxious thing to complain about ("Woe is me! Too many men want to have sex with me!"), but like I said, I've had a great time using the site, and really haven't had any significant issues with it. I just didn't want to review the site without saying anything bad, because then of course it wouldn't seem very believable.
